DJ Sorry and I had a great time DJing during Disorder vs. Contempt which was a free Dark Art & Photography event held at Cafe Dekcuf on July 30th.

I am now back from Europe and ready to dive into helping Ottawa becoming just a bit cooler than it already is. Before this, however, I need to recover from being extremely jetlagged. While there, I picked up a bunch of compilations and albums that I wasn't able to purchase here in North America and I can't wait to start playing these for all of you during my club nights and on Positronic Radio.

This Saturday marks the last La danse noire at Swizzles and we are then moving to Fridays at Cafe Dekcuf and changing the night's name to Sextanz. Can't wait!

Starting March 27th, La danse noire becomes a monthly event that occurs every last Saturday of the month at Swizzles, 246b Queen St. Swizzles is a club that's located directly under the Green Papaya on Queen St between Bank and Kent streets and the entrance is on the side going down the stairs. There's a big parking lot right beside it as well as parking on the street.

I am extremely excited to anounce this just a few days before my next event, La danse noire, at Cafe Dekcuf, 221 Rideau St near the corner of Cumberland St.

My new podcast is now up. It was late because I couldn't upload it from my parents' place in Texas, however, I was now able to finally upload it, so enjoy!

It features some of my favorite tracks from 2009 as well as Velvet Acid Christ's "Phucked Up Phreak" which appears on their latest album "The Art of Breaking Apart" which is a remake of their track "Phucking Phreak" which was originally released on "Calling ov the Dead" back in 1998. It's not as good as the original, but I just had to add it.

I would like to thank everyone who danced during my set and everyone who enjoyed it. It was a great experience to play in a completely different city.

Well, it's the first chance that I get to update the website and I have to say that last Friday exceeded my expectations. Well, I seem to have the best luck ever because now my upcoming event which was moved to Swizzles has finally been cancelled. I'm working on confirming another event, possibly at Swizzles or at Cafe Dekcuf or some other place. I'll post the information once I have it.

My first podcast is now up. If you click on RSS Podcast, it will open up your default podcast player. If you do not have one, please download iTunes. Please note that transition between some songs are a bit awkward, with more experience, I'll get better at transitioning between songs :)

Most of the content is up. I still need to move all of the CSS into a stylesheet file as well as start storing and retrieving all of the content to/from database. I also need to integrate the message board into the actual website's design. Tomorrow, I'll concentrate on getting the first podcast up and then we'll see how much more time I'll have.

Well, the website is finally on-line. La danse noire that was supposed to start yesterday has been cancelled due to a communication issue within the venue's ranks.
